SAMPLE SHOWROOM

Every factory visit starts with 2,500+ samples.

The showroom holds production-ready bottles and containers across our full material range - HDPE, PET, PETG, and PP - in every major format we produce: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toner, serum, lotion, and oral care. Finishes are displayed side by side so you can compare frosted vs. clear, matte vs. gloss, and soft-touch vs. electroplated directly on the bottle, before you commit to anything.

MOULD ROOM

5,000+ production moulds, custom tooling built in-house.

The mould room is where all tooling is stored, maintained, and prepared before each production run. Stock moulds are catalogued, cleaned, and inspected between cycles. For custom mould development, our tooling team works from your 3D drawings through to T1 sample trials - covering cavity design, wall thickness, draft angles, and parting line placement to suit your intended production process.

Blow moulding & injection, running simultaneously under one roof.

Our dedicated production lines run blow molding and injection molding in parallel. Machinery is set and calibrated precisely to each order's requirements, while supervisors conduct in-process checks to maintain consistent, industry-compliant product quality.

SURFACE FINISHING WORKSHOP

Multiple finishing processes, applied to spec per order.

Our range of surface techniques adds depth, texture, and character to every piece. From understated elegance to bold statements, these treatments elevate simple packaging into signature brand assets that reflect your unique positioning. The surface finishing workshop operates as a separate production zone with different conditions for each technique - temperature, curing time, surface preparation - sequenced to avoid cross-contamination between processes.

We implement rigorous full inspections in the final production stage to uphold consistent product quality. Every batch is carefully inspected for appearance and closure functionality, then packed in standard export cartons to help ensure safe transportation.
