SOFT SAGE / HAIRCARE PACKAGING CONCEPT
A packaging concept shaped by color, form and proportion.

CONCEPT ORIGIN
Where the visual direction begins.
Soft Sage Haircare Ritual begins with the packaging itself. The starting point is a group of practical HDPE bottle forms with broad front panels, stable bases and closures suitable for everyday haircare use. The concept develops their character through color, line, surface and cap-to-body proportion rather than relying on a decorative theme unrelated to the pack.
Muted sage, warm sand and soft stone create a quiet color direction. Rounded transitions soften the bottle outline, a matte surface adds a dry tactile quality, and wide low-profile closures keep the top of each pack visually balanced. These decisions establish the overall packaging character before a specific brand identity, Pantone reference or printing layout is applied.
Color Direction
Low-saturation sage, sand and stone tones create a calm packaging character without depending on identical bottle colors.
01 / COLOR
Form & Line
Softened corners, rounded shoulder transitions and stable bases give the bottle family a quiet, architectural outline.
02 / FORM
Surface & Touch
A proposed matte finish reduces glare and gives the HDPE bodies a softer, more tactile appearance.
03 / SURFACE
Closure Proportion
Wide, low-profile PP closures balance the bottle bodies and become a recognizable part of the overall silhouette.

Why these formats work as one range?
These 4 bottles do not use the same shape. But they look like a family. We precisely combined colors, softened lines, bottle cap proportions, and brand information to connect the entire series together.
On color: Our palette includes sage green, warm sand, soft beige, and neutral gray. Although each bottle has a different color, they all feature low saturation and warm tones. This not only makes the entire series look calm and upscale, but also helps consumers easily tell each product apart. A brand can use different colors for different products, like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body cream. The colors are different, but they all fit the brand style perfectly.
On bottle: We introduced two distinct shapes: a straight-sided rectangular shape and a rounded-shoulder shape. This variation ensures the look is unique rather than repetitive, while also making it easy for customers to identify different items in the lineup.
On flip cap: We unified the tops with a large-diameter PP flip-top cap. Your brand logo can be placed directly on top of this standard component. Positioned at the very peak of the packaging, it serves as a signature design element. Every time consumers open, close, or use the product in their daily routine, they interact directly with your logo, seamlessly reinforcing your brand identity at every touchpoint.
As a result, GAOCHO has four bottles that are similar in appearance, but each one serves a different purpose while still looking like part of the same high-end haircare packaging line.
Turning the direction into a production-ready pack.
Once the visual direction is selected, it must be translated into real bottle, closure, color and decoration specifications. The concept is therefore a starting point for sampling, not a substitute for technical confirmation.
Bottle and closure selection. The required capacity, formula behavior and dispensing method determine which existing HDPE bottle and PP closure combination should move forward for sampling.
Material and surface control. Matte appearance, squeeze response and actual color must be checked on the selected HDPE body and PP closure. The same Pantone reference can reproduce differently across the two materials, so components are reviewed together.
Decoration layout. Logo scale, product name and supporting information are adjusted to the printable area of the selected bottle. A restrained concept still needs a clear hierarchy that can be reproduced by the intended printing process.
Physical sampling. Color, finish, closure fit, dispensing and decoration position are confirmed on real components before the concept becomes an approved production specification.
