Pump Design

Re-engineered from scratch - not a modified existing pump

 

The heart of 4 oz lotion bottles is the left-right locking pump. Twist the pump head to the left to unlock it for a smooth dispensing experience. Twist the pump head to the right to lock the pump when not in use. This will provide a leak-proof seal.

When your product leaks, not only will it harm your own product, but it can negatively impact how your customer uses your product and can also harm your company's image if they feel like you took some shortcuts in the design of the product. For this reason, we did not simply modify a previously designed pump. Rather than go with what has traditionally been used, we have re-engineered the entire lock-and-dispenser to completely reflect the user's experiences shipping their products and the daily issues they have. The entire operation is now engineered with a pump that provides many dependable seals and an ease of dispensing for happy customers and users.
