The production process of bulk shampoo bottles involves several key steps.
First, raw material preparation begins, typically using plastic granules, such as PET, as the main raw material. These granules must possess good toughness and chemical stability.
Next, design and planning are carried out, determining the bottle's shape, size, and capacity based on market demand and ease of use. The production process then begins with injection molding. The plastic granules are heated to a molten state and injected into a mold using an injection molding machine, forming the initial shape of the bottle.
The mold design is highly precise to ensure the bottle's appearance and dimensions meet requirements. After molding, the bottle needs to be trimmed, removing excess material and flash to achieve a smoother surface.
The next step is printing, where product information and designs are printed on the bottle surface. Various printing techniques are used, such as screen printing and heat transfer printing, to ensure clear and durable printing.
After printing, quality inspection is conducted to check for defects such as cracks and deformation, ensuring its airtightness and quality. Only bottles that pass rigorous inspection can proceed to the subsequent packaging and use stages.
